shipping and container cost at present, will add approximately $15 up to $70 (for over-nighting across country),
but please remember this is still a relatively low cost. We are bringing a world of delicious kindness to your door
AND saving you the cost of a flight cross country! As we become more successful, better rates will be available

containers whenever possible. When in good condition, please call to return your empty shipping container to us!

OUR GOAL IS TO GO 100% ECO-FRIENDLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. To do so we need your help. We have
researched extensively to find the most environmentally friendly shipping container out there and have found a
wonderful innovative company offering a 100% biodegradable shipping container. The cost is $14 per container,
approximately double the cost of the container that we are using by default. WE WOULD LOVE to make the

Following is some helpful, general information about buykind shipping:
- When 1, 2 or 3 day (in cold season) ground transit time, feel free to select the less expensive ground rate.
Below are helpful DHL color-coded maps for each restaurant, which make it easy to determine the ground
transit time for you location DHL ground transit schedules are not guaranteed however they are
approximately 97% reliable. (We love DHL!) DHL overnight and two day air delivery times are guaranteed.
- Saturday deliveries include an additional charge of $15 per package.
- For delivery to a location other than a single family dwelling, please have someone present during delivery
hours to receive package. If not a single family dwelling and if no one is available to receive package, DHL will
leave a note requiring signature and upon attempted redelivery the next day with signature, DHL can leave the
package, however please note, delivery time will exceed recommendation for freshness of contents. A note
with tracking number, phone number and signature can be left for DHL driver to authorize package drop,
for other than a single family dwelling, if necessary.
- Please provide a physical address for your shipping destination because DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes or
APO addresses. In addition to a street address, DHL requests a delivery phone number in case they have a
question about delivery location.
- In the event that your order arrives in unacceptable condition, contact us immediately at (877) 777-7723 to
discuss re-shipment or refund options. Please keep your packaging materials as it may be necessary in order
to process the claim if your order arrives damaged by DHL.
- Storage Recommendations: YES! You can order a months supply of those favorites which are freezer friendly.
Our products contain no preservatives; therefore we recommend for items which you will not be enjoying within
a few days of receipt, which are freezer friendly, to maintain freshness simply freeze items in a tightly sealed
container or bag . To enjoy, simply defrost and follow reheating instructions.
